  • You may give us information regarding other people for example naming 2 people on an order. It is your responsibility to ensure that if you share personal data of other people for the enquiry and order that you make them aware of our Privacy Policy.

We may keep a record of this information so that we can recognise you and fulfil any orders you place with Boutique Planet. We retain details of your orders and copies of any correspondence that you send us.  As common with lots of organisations and in order to maintain high standards of customer service, we may record, and sometimes play back for training purposes, incoming telephone calls.
